Who we are and what we do

NAFCO, Inc. (“Company” or “we” or “our”), is an automotive finance company and owns and operates the website located at www.NAFCOFinance.com, (the “Site”). The Company has contractual associations with affiliated businesses through which it is able to provide financing for vehicles offered for sale by our affiliates which offer and promote products and services on behalf of Company. Through the Site, Company operates a prospective customer data base (the “Service”), by which it compiles information on individual consumers who have shown an interest in applying for an automotive loan. Company utilizes third party vendors, affiliates, and a variety of media advertisements to promote the Site to consumers interested in completing an online application at our Site.

Company also promotes its product and service offerings to consumers who requested that they be contacted through our online application opt-in process via our Site when submitting a loan request application.

Your privacy is our concern

We recognize the importance of protecting your personal information. We collect and retain information about you to communicate with you, to process your requests for products and services, and to inform you about other financial services that may be of interest to you. Except as explained in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell nonpublic personal information about current or former customers, or applicants, nor do we share this type of information with anyone other than our affiliates. Minors

NAFCO, Inc. does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under 18 years of age.

General information collection and use

NAFCO, Inc. collects information through the Site from our prospective and existing customers at several different points on our web sites. We use contact information to send information about our company and to service existing accounts. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Contact and financial information that is collected is used for verifying your name, address and other information. Not all information asked for on our site is required when you fill out our forms.

Information about your computer hardware and software is automatically collected by NAFCO, Inc. and may be shared in aggregate with third parties whose services are used for traffic analysis purposes. This information is used by NAFCO, Inc. to maintain and improve the quality of the service and to generate statistics regarding use of the NAFCOFinance.com site.

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our affiliates. When you submit your request for information, application for credit, or other communication with us, you are granting permission to be contacted by NAFCO, Inc. or affiliated third parties. We share the contact and loan request data you submit and the NAFCO, Inc. client account number information with affiliated companies such as banks, commercial lenders, credit reporting agencies, and licensed loan brokers to fulfill information requests we receive from you, to provide you with superior service, inform you of product and service opportunities that may be of interest to you, and for other business purposes. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to the following types of affiliated companies: financial service providers, title service companies, debt & credit services companies, automotive sales and service companies, and automotive finance companies. An “affiliate company” is a company under contract with NAFCO, Inc. or is a company owned in whole or in part with common ownership interest with NAFCO, Inc.

We treat information about our former customers in the same manner as we treat information about our current customers.

Confidentiality and security

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
